When Lag Attacks!!!!
what do you do when your isp crashes and lag is up to 2 hours to load a single page?
go to gym over 3 day weekend, all day long :\ this morning... couldnt pick up my backpack :\ |

no, the problem wasnt on my end, i had excellent speed and signal on my wireless status
problem was the damn isp crapped out on friday night, (they dont work on weekend) then on monday it was a national holiday in the country, so they didnt fix it then either, and its now wednesday and it's a little faster, but it comes in waves :\ what sux even more is that this is the only isp in my whole area, so they can monopolize all they want and provide crappy service :\ |

My ISP (Comcast) seems to be running just fine. In fact they raised the speed to 6Mbs from 4Mbs. Spankin' fast! EDIT: Typ0
Me Happy....Me also enjoying new monitor. Dell UltraSharp 2001FP. Mrs Dood thinks it is the free LCD I brought home from work...hehehe. That was a Dell E173FP...world of difference between those two monitors. Last edited by Old Dood; Oct 05, 2005 at 04:14 PM // 16:14.. |

When I took out the contract, it said if they went down you could use the dialup for free but the mofos said that changed and I would have to pay to use dialup instead. These guys monopolise the area too  Thankfully it was all fixed the next day.

yea well the guys in this country take forever to do anything....
13 years ago they were working on a small bridge 13 years after that they haven't even got halfway done..... |

OMG i found the problem, it was the damn router
pulls router out to middle of street and goes FPS DOUG x 5 all over it i cant live a day without internet and it caused 2 hours of delay between loading webpages for 1 week :\ |
